R&O’s safety policy is that all construction work will be safe for employees, the owner and the public. Achieving an injury free workplace is our primary focus. Our Accident Prevention Plan incorporates all state and national safety requirements. Additionally, a project-specific safety plan is created and submitted for every project.
The best evidence of an effective safety plan is the ability to demonstrate mitigation of injury across all projects. We take great pride in a current EMR of .76, compared to an industry average of 1.0.
