Closeout and Warranty Services

R&O begins all projects with successful completion in mind. Upon substantial completion of your project, a pre-final punch list of items is created. A design representative performs an inspection of the job and create a final punch list to produce a timely physical and fiscal project closeout.

The completion of construction is not the end of your project. We dedicate equal time and attention to finishing a project as we do starting it.
