When one thinks about the men and women who helped lay the foundation that we enjoy here at R&O, there is no doubt that Frank Donough & Kelly Hansen come to mind. These great men have been an integral part to the success we have shared here at R&O. They selflessly dedicated themselves to our clients, process improvement and employee development over the course of their careers. With bittersweet hearts we wish them well in their next adventures in retirement. Thank you for your decades of service.

Stepping into the role of VP of Estimating and Executive Committee Member is Matt Bell. Matt most recently served as Chief Estimator with a dedicated vision for client success. David Hadfield has accepted the position of Chief Estimator. We look forward to watching these men continue the path of exceeding our client’s expectations and cultivating our staff.
