Project Briefing

Zippy’s has long been a mainstay for authentic Hawaiian cuisine in its home state for decades It has served as a go-to diner destination for local Hawaiians since 1966. Knowing and respecting that cherished history, R&O was honored to help bring them their first location in Las Vegas. Since Las Vegas has long been known, endearingly, as the ninth island, we understood that this project would be of the utmost importance to the community.
