Originally planned as a renovation project, it ultimately required a complete gutting and replacement of mechanical and plumbing systems due to corroded sewer pipes and other issues. The construction resulted in a modern residential tower with stunning views, new landscaping, paint, canopies, timber framing, exquisite lighting, and amenities, including pools and a master community campus plan for residents of The Granary.
