Schnitzer (Formerly Harsch) asked R&O Construction to take on the expansive project following numerous successful tilts completed for their team.
The completed 258,300 sf facility consists of four new tilt concrete buildings, which house a total of 48 suites. The four buildings have two footprints, with 32’ and 24’ clear height, respectively. The completed four buildings include 63 docks, 19 dock ramps, 30 overhead doors and 393 parking spaces.
