Project Briefing

Over recent years, North Las Vegas has become a hot bed for industrial construction. The area has quickly become the go-to area in the region for industrial and warehouse tilt-up concrete projects. This 166,900 sf. facility is an excellent example of how this trend is being used to create large and efficient industrial warehouse space that is equal parts utilitarian and aesthetically pleasing.

R&O Construction oversaw the shell construction, site work, paving and landscaping. Additionally, the team oversaw the tenant finishes for the eight suites within the building.
