This 124,958 sf facility stands as the first Smith’s Marketplace built in Nevada. The Marketplace serves as a larger one-stop-shop offering than the standard Smith’s Food and Drug. In addition to an expanded selection of goods, the large footprint of the Marketplace allows it to house multiple service offerings not commonly found in a standard grocery store, such as a wine and beer bar, Starbucks Coffee, cafe with delicatessen and a large fuel center.
