Project Briefing

Construction of this wood-framed 22,210 SF retail center project was completed, in 2023, upon a 5 AC site and consisted of four buildings designed to accommodate up to 10 tenant suites. Located directly across the sole IKEA Furnishings in Las Vegas, also built by R&O, the retail center provides a plethora eateries and retail shops to the bust retail district.

Notable Information

Across the four buildings of SDP Retail Center, R&O oversaw an array of specifications to meet tenant needs, which ranged from QSR to office to traditional retail shops. The tenants included Habit Burger, Chipotle, Yonutz Donuts, Wing Stop and Sleep Number.
