The convenience store is completed in modern finishes, including a high polished stained concrete floor, colorful paint and mural motifs. R&O also built four quick service restaurants within the building including Qdoba, Starbucks, Subway and Dairy Queen. Additional amenities include a full service shower facility, slot machine area, fuel and diesel pumps and a self-service RV station. This wood framed building is finished in painted stucco and clad with cultured stone veneer. The site work included parking, access roads from the freeway.
R&O constructed this 12,550 square foot state of the art convenience store facility at the state line between Nevada and California. The facility provides amenities for travelers and truckers along the busy I-15 freeway, the main thoroughfare from Las Vegas to Southern California.
