Understanding the importance of helping Motel 6 begin operations quickly and efficiently, R&O aggressively coordinated the project in order to turnover the property in a mere 7½ months, a full 45 days ahead of schedule. In addition to the early delivery, the team’s efforts to carefully manage the scope adjustments, materials and systems yielded $500K in savings for the owner.
This design is a modified and higher-end version of their nationally recognized chain to serve a unique area in Las Vegas. The standard Motel 6 provides 60-70 rooms to accommodate guests. This location, though, is a 100-room facility, significantly larger than the standard offering to meet the needs of this quickly growing area of Las Vegas.
