Lee’s Market (7 Projects)

One of seven projects completed for Lee’s Market, this location was built in a unique North Salt Lake location near Foxboro. The store includes a full deli with seating area that has fresh, daily specials. A bakery produces artisan breads and fresh tortillas from scratch every day. There is also a full-service butcher, floral shop, pharmacy as well as a snack area. The deli offers daily lunch specials and has a large sit-down seating area. The store also is home to a pharmacy with a drive-up window. Customers can also shop Lee’s Online and pick up orders the same day or have the order delivered.

The Lee’s Marketplace had upscale design and construction elements that exceed those typically found in a grocery store. The interior designer was hand-selected for their expertise in elevating retail stores. As a result, the construction required a higher level of detail in both structure and finishes. Construction was more akin to a custom home than a big-box grocery store. For example, the custom LED light fixtures above the grocery aisles direct light both up and down to create an atmospheric lighting scheme. R&O also built and installed additional high-quality, unique equipment, such as an indoor smoker installed in the commercial kitchen.
