The interior of the building includes a retail service area, administrative office and, of course, the large four-bay service garage. The service garage is fitted with mechanical lifts, exposed concrete floors with high floor finish and floor level, and includes a subterranean work pit.
R&O worked with a new franchise owner to begin a series of Jiffy Lube locations in the Las Vegas Valley. The new construction project was developed as part of the larger Cactus and Cameron Retail Center in the rapidly growing southwest section of Las Vegas.
