The exterior is constructed of special order thick-honed unpolished silver travertine veneer work, mechanically fastened aluminum with thin-set installation and prepared within code tolerances (including proper joint taping and weather barrier/sealant). Additional components include architectural channel siding with furring strips at random length cuts to create subjective curb appeal.
The project takes advantage of its location to provide a pleasant aesthetic environment via highlights such as colored salt-finished sidewalks, Travertine stone veneer and decorative courtyards. Last, but not least, the project boasts a 35-foot curtain wall system as a final touch of beauty.
