The Goddard School is a well-respected institution with a focus on providing premium early childcare and education. R&O Was proud to serve as contractor for new construction of this 11,000 SF facility in Las Vegas. Our team was excited to help Goddard provide day care, pre-kindergarten and multiple other academic offerings.
R&O furnished and installed voice evacuation control and booster panels, audio amplifier and smoke detectors throughout all the corridors and fire alarm control panels. Security needs were addressed through installed coax cabling for camera locations as required for CCTV system.
The Goddard School was successfully turned over to ownership to facilitate commencement of the 2021-22 academic year.
Successful completion of the single-story academic facility included engineering, design and permitting for custom playground equipment. This specialty equipment incorporated two integrated 24’ X 20’ shade structures and fall-safe kid surfacing with topper fabric system.
