Located on a 30 acres site, Fontanesi is a 178,300 SF cold storage warehouse that includes 16,900 SF of office space, cross docks, 200,000 SF of concrete truck parking, and battery charging. Additionally, development of the site included a fuel island, truck service center, trailer washout area, 205 auto parking stalls, 66 truck parking stalls and EV charging.
