R&O Construction was proud to help address the student housing shortage with 215-unit student housing facility.
This four-story, wood-framed, on-podium building totals 354,854 sf with the inclusion of the 104,342 sf ground level parking garage. The impressive structure includes two large courtyards, pool, built-in gas grills, fitness center and ground-level retail space. Echo 1055 provides a convenient and modern home for university students that is only a few feet from the UNLV campus and mere blocks from the Las Vegas Strip.

Notable Information

The Las Vegas Valley has seen significant growth in population, nearly doubling in 20 years with little sign of slowing. The substantial increase in numbers occurred much quicker than living accommodations could be created, including housing for incoming university students. R&O Construction worked alongside the owners of Echo 1055 to help address the challenge with this 215-unit student housing facility.
