Project Briefing
The project required extensive on- and off-site infrastructure work, such as a 36’ storm drain, installing new traffic signals and revisions to an existing intersection. Successful completion required careful and consistent coordination with multiple municipal and state agencies. Additionally, an extensive communication protocol was essential to account for the project having five architects, three mechanical engineers, a civil and electric engineer, multiple tenant design teams and 100+ subcontractors.
