Project Briefing
Project scope included site development of 246 parking spaces, on-site retention, drought tolerant landscaping, and an in-ground swimming pool enclosure in the interior courtyard. The metal framed, Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) cladded structure includes a dramatic two-story Great Room, state of the art fitness center, business center, guest laundry facilities and a segregated Distinguished Visitor Quarters (DVQ) area on the fourth floor incorporating a DVQ lounge and eight DVQ Suites. Additionally, this hotel will house Fort Huachuca’s central laundry which supplies several hundred other guest-rooms managed in the PAL program.
