Arby’s (3 Locations)

In 2020, R&O assisted their initiative to update their locations in Las Vegas with four tenant improvements across the valley. The goal of the project was to maintain the recognizable brand while simultaneously modernizing their locations. This 3,217 sf site in northwest area of Las Vegas included a host of elements that resulted in a sleek new feel for the restaurant. These included stained tongue-and-groove planks, brick texture stucco (coat of EIFS with a raised brick appearance texture), the introduction of patio dining and custom branding/lighting installed to reflect and accentuate Arby’s brand refresh.

The improvement of this site was completed on a seven-week schedule while the site continued to serve food. IT is a successful project that solidifies why it is so important for owners to partner with a contractor that has history and experience with restaurants in the Las Vegas valley. R&O was elated to demonstrate this fact.
