Jeremiah's Restaurant

They didn't think it could be done. But in only three months, Jeremiah's Restaurant was transformed into a rustic ski lodge atmosphere, and reopened after extensive renovation by R&O Construction. The project included the addition of several new features to the facility: a rustic lobby with rock fireplace and mantel of carved wood; a completely renovated kitchen with the addition of new equipment, and the addition of seasonal seating. Listening to the customer was as important as the close communication and coordination of the project. Winner of the ABC Utah Excellence in Architecture 'Remodeling, Renovation and Interior Improvements Project of 2003' award.
